During The Easy Way Discourses, part 7, I sat with an activity this morning. I visualized myself sitting at a table, and an unseen master sitting across from me. It provided advice for me:

I must release the self, and attune to the True Self (Soul) in all relations with others.

The words floated to my mind, that in every action with others, I should ask:

• Is it True?
• Is it Necessary?
• Is it Kind?
